Parent / Guardian Responsibility

I understand and agree that:

• • I am fully responsible for my child / children for the entire duration of this event.
  • My child must remain under my supervision at all times.
  • I am responsible for my child’s behavior, safety, decisions, and actions.
  • Bonded Brotherhood, event hosts, volunteers, and property owners are not responsible for supervising my child.

I understand that failure to actively supervise my child may result in my family being asked to leave the event.

Acknowledgment of Activities and Risks

I understand that this event includes outdoor, recreational, and physically active experiences that may involve risk. Activities may include, but are not limited to:

• • Swimming, pond activities, and deep water exposure
  • Ziplines and jumping platforms / high dive
  • Kayaks and floating devices
  • Waterslides and water-based play structures
  • Running, climbing, and open-play games
  • Use of outdoor terrain, uneven ground, mud, rocks, and natural surfaces
  • Camping, fires, and evening / low-light movement
  • Weather exposure (heat, cold, wind, insects, sun, etc.)

Potential risks include, but are not limited to:

• • Slipping, falling, or impact injuries
  • Drowning or water-related injury
  • Muscle or joint injury
  • Cuts, scrapes, bruises, abrasions
  • Illness, allergic reaction, or environmental exposure
  • Unforeseen or unknown risks inherent in outdoor activities

I acknowledge that no activity is entirely risk-free, even with precautions in place, and I voluntarily choose to participate and allow my child / children to participate.

Water Safety and Life Jackets

I understand and agree that:

• • Water activities involve inherent risk.
  • Children must not be in or near the water without parent supervision.
  • Life vests / flotation devices are strongly encouraged and may be required at certain times.

I accept full responsibility for decisions regarding my child’s water activity participation and safety equipment.

Consent for Participation of Minors

By signing this agreement:

• • I confirm that I am the legal parent or guardian of the child / children listed.
  • I consent to their participation in activities I personally permit them to engage in.
  • I understand I may choose to restrict my child’s participation at any time.

Medical Disclosure and Emergency Consent

I affirm that:

• • My child and I are physically able to participate in this event, and
  • I have disclosed any relevant medical or behavioral conditions to organizers.

In the event of injury or emergency, I authorize:

• • reasonable first-aid care by event volunteers, and
  • emergency medical treatment if necessary.

I understand that I am responsible for all related medical costs.

Release of Liability and Indemnification

In consideration of participation, I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless: Bonded Brotherhood, event organizers, volunteers, property owners, and affiliated parties from any and all claims, liability, damages, or loss arising from:

• • my participation
  • my child’s participation
  • my supervision decisions
  • use of the property or facilities
  • participation in any activity
  • known or unknown risks except in cases of willful or intentional misconduct.

I agree to indemnify and defend the above parties from claims arising from my actions or my child’s actions.

Behavior & Participation Agreement

I agree that:

• • My family will treat the property and hosts with respect.
  • We will follow event rules and safety guidance.
  • Alcohol and drugs are not permitted.
  • Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

Photo / Media Consent

I understand and agree that:

• • Photos and video may be taken during this event for documentation and future Bonded Brotherhood use.
  • By participating in this event, I grant permission for images or recordings of myself and my child / children to be used in Bonded Brotherhood media, promotion, or storytelling.

I understand that individual accommodation requests cannot be guaranteed in a large-group environment. If I have a serious privacy or safety concern, I will notify organizers prior to the event so we can discuss options.

Acknowledgment and Signature

I have read and understand this agreement. I am signing voluntarily and accept full responsibility for myself and my child / children while attending this event.
