This overnight campout is your chance to break routine and give your son or daughter something better than another busy night at home. This is real time together. Outside. Active. Fun. Different.

No pressure. No perfection. Just shared adventure and connection.

You will play hard, laugh a lot, try new things, sit by the fire, and build the kind of moments that stick.

This is not a basic campground. This is a one of a kind private adventure property packed with activities most families never get access to.

Your night includes:

Private pond with ziplines and high dive
Kayaks and water play
Huge redneck waterslide
Sand volleyball pit
Large lit pavilion and gathering space
Wide open grass field for camping
Fire pit and evening connection time
Room to explore, play, and move

This event is priced to be as accessible as possible for families while still covering food, property use, and event costs.

Standard Registration — $75 per dad (Includes First Child), Each additional child will be an additional $15.
Supporter Rate — $100 — for dads who want to help support future BB events (Includes First Child) Each additional child will be an additional $15

This campout is meant to be unforgettable for dads and kids.

Camping Details

Camping will be on a large grass field
Tents, trailers, and rooftop tents are welcome
Pavilion and gathering areas available
Fire pit for evening connection

If you or your child are new to camping — that’s okay. We’ll help you.

Food and Water

Dinner will be provided on the evening of June 12
Breakfast will be provided on the morning of June 13

Age Guidelines

This event includes physically active and water-based activities. For safety and to maintain a meaningful experience for everyone, this event is recommended for children ages 10 and up.

Younger children may attend at a father’s discretion, but must be closely supervised at all times.

Parents are responsible for their children throughout the entire event — at all times, in all activity areas, and especially around water and heights.

Capacity

To ensure safety, connection, and a meaningful experience for everyone, this event is limited to 20 dads.

This helps keep water activities, play areas, and group time safe, manageable, and enjoyable for everyone.

Once the event is full, a waitlist will be available.

Location and Privacy

This event will be held at a privately owned property in Cache Valley.

To respect the landowner’s privacy and protect the location:

Please do not publicly share or repost the location

What to Bring

Please bring:

Tent or sleeping setup
Sleeping bags and pillows
Swimsuits and towels
Life vest / personal flotation device for your child (and yourself if desired)
Clothing for water and evening temps
Headlamp or flashlight
Bug spray (we will have a few extras available)
Personal snacks or drinks
Any needed personal items

Optional:

Camp chairs
Games or sports equipment

Rules and Expectations

To maintain a safe, family-centered environment:

No drugs or alcohol
Respect the property and landowner
Be kind, supportive, and welcoming
Fathers are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times
Extra awareness and caution are expected around water and heights

This space is built on trust, community, and care for one another.

Refund Policy

This event is intentionally capped at a limited number of dads to ensure safety, connection, and a meaningful experience for everyone.

When you register, your spot is reserved and another dad cannot take it.
Because of this, all registrations are non-refundable.

Parent / Guardian Responsibility

I understand and agree that:

- I am fully responsible for my child / children for the entire duration of this event.
- My child must remain under my supervision at all times.
- I am responsible for my child’s behavior, safety, decisions, and actions.
- Bonded Brotherhood, event hosts, volunteers, and property owners are not responsible for supervising my child.

I understand that failure to actively supervise my child may result in my family being asked to leave the event.

Acknowledgment of Activities and Risks

I understand that this event includes outdoor, recreational, and physically active experiences that may involve risk. Activities may include, but are not limited to:

- Swimming, pond activities, and deep water exposure
- Ziplines and jumping platforms / high dive
- Kayaks and floating devices
- Waterslides and water-based play structures
- Running, climbing, and open-play games
- Use of outdoor terrain, uneven ground, mud, rocks, and natural surfaces
- Camping, fires, and evening / low-light movement
- Weather exposure (heat, cold, wind, insects, sun, etc.)

Potential risks include, but are not limited to:

- Slipping, falling, or impact injuries
- Drowning or water-related injury
- Muscle or joint injury
- Cuts, scrapes, bruises, abrasions
- Illness, allergic reaction, or environmental exposure
- Unforeseen or unknown risks inherent in outdoor activities

I acknowledge that no activity is entirely risk-free, even with precautions in place, and I voluntarily choose to participate and allow my child / children to participate.

Water Safety and Life Jackets

I understand and agree that:

- Water activities involve inherent risk.
- Children must not be in or near the water without parent supervision.
- Life vests / flotation devices are strongly encouraged and may be required at certain times.

I accept full responsibility for decisions regarding my child’s water activity participation and safety equipment.

Consent for Participation of Minors

By signing this agreement:

- I confirm that I am the legal parent or guardian of the child / children listed.
- I consent to their participation in activities I personally permit them to engage in.
- I understand I may choose to restrict my child’s participation at any time.

Medical Disclosure and Emergency Consent

I affirm that:

- My child and I are physically able to participate in this event, and
- I have disclosed any relevant medical or behavioral conditions to organizers.

In the event of injury or emergency, I authorize:

- reasonable first-aid care by event volunteers, and
- emergency medical treatment if necessary.

I understand that I am responsible for all related medical costs.

Release of Liability and Indemnification

In consideration of participation, I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless: Bonded Brotherhood, event organizers, volunteers, property owners, and affiliated parties from any and all claims, liability, damages, or loss arising from:

- my participation
- my child’s participation
- my supervision decisions
- use of the property or facilities
- participation in any activity
- known or unknown risks except in cases of willful or intentional misconduct.

I agree to indemnify and defend the above parties from claims arising from my actions or my child’s actions.

Behavior & Participation Agreement

I agree that:

- My family will treat the property and hosts with respect.
- We will follow event rules and safety guidance.
- Alcohol and drugs are not permitted.
- Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

Photo / Media Consent

I understand and agree that:

- Photos and video may be taken during this event for documentation and future Bonded Brotherhood use.
- By participating in this event, I grant permission for images or recordings of myself and my child / children to be used in Bonded Brotherhood media, promotion, or storytelling.

I understand that individual accommodation requests cannot be guaranteed in a large-group environment. If I have a serious privacy or safety concern, I will notify organizers prior to the event so we can discuss options.

Acknowledgment and Signature
